Just wanted to take a sec and give a shout out to Tachoir Auto Body! My car was hit while I was at work one day, and needed 3500.00 in repairs. But boy did they make that process smooth as can be! Dropped it off, organized my rental, fast and efficient.. continual messages updating me on the process, and seriously such nice people. If you ever get in a wreck, hit a deer, or just need to fix a old one up- these are your people! My car is all brand new!!!

Tachoir auto has been so amazing through the entire process of Our truck being almost Completely totaled. From parts on back order to parts unavailable they took care of everything without question. I took my car to get an estimate done by Eric @ Tachoir Auto Body. He was very pleasant and helpful in talking me through the entire process of what I needed done and costs associated with my repair.I knew I would be in "good hands" getting may car repaired here because this was not my first visit. My Dodge Journey needed repairing because of deep surface scratches in the rear door panel. Needless to say, when I got my car back, I was very happy with the repair. My car looked brand new. The technicians did a fabulous job at matching the paint color of the panel with the rest of the car. I also appreciated the use of their loner car after I returned my rental. My overall customer service experience at Tachoir Auto Body was absolutely great! - As expected!

They did a superior job with making my car look like new inside and out after a little fender bender. The technicians did a great job with repairing the dent and matching the paint in a very timely manner. They also assisted with setting up a rental while my car was in the shop.

Overwhelmingly satisfied with the superb auto repair and customer service provided here that I have to write a review.I got into a fender bender where my rear bumper had a sizable dent and multiple scratches and its practically like new! I also noticed several other areas where there were scratches I had before but that was taken care of as well. They also had washed my car which was a pleasant surprise and very grateful for it.This is definitely the place to go if you're needing an auto body repair! Great group of people work here. They do quality work from a fender bender to a full head on collision. I was in a pinch when my front window regulator broke due to ice in the door. I talked to Eric right before closing time on Monday, and they handled and fixed it for me on Tuesday. The price was very fair, especially for the labor involved, and also because it wasn't anything that required body work. They bailed me out of my dilemma and I can't thank them enough for helping me. If you need some body work, do yourself a favor and check them out.

Absolutely awesome people! My car got fixed for a reasonable price, the work is impeccable, the people here are amazing, and they even gave me a loaner vehicle (at no additional cost) while mine was being worked on. I couldn't be happier with how me, and my car, were treated!
